FARM TO FOAM 

Within our farm there is 100 acre corner called the Tangled Roots Hop Yard.  Owned by the Tangled Roots Brewing Company, these bines have been providing the brewery with its own hops since 2016. Each year these hops are used to brew unique Farm to Foam brews, including the signature Forty1 Eighty8, a uniquely Illinois beer.
